HISTORY
River City Construction, Inc. has been providing outstanding electric utility infrastructure construction and maintenance since 1975. The people that work with our company are our primary concern. This core value drives everything we do and the belief that our company has met the expectation of the public.
The safe work ethic and employee respect are values that originated with the company's founder and president, William "Dwain" Edwards.
Since 1975 Dwain Edwards built River City Construction from the ground up through hard work, customer respect, and the creation of strong relationships with those who worked beside him at River City Construction. Growing out of the Eastern North Carolina town of Washington, River City Construction, Inc. has safely provided the means to install, distribute, maintain, and repair the infrastructure of electrical utilities throughout the Eastern United States.
